can be used for heavy non-moving objects.
The product does what is mentioned in description. I have placed a 15KG item on top of the rotating mat and it turns very smoothly. It has a rugged rubber look which is not very appealing. If I were to use it for a TV and place in my living room I would cover it with a nice satin cloth.
