Doesn’t interfere with my kicks, pretty comfortable and stays put
I picked this up for my Muay Thai class. It’s obviously not as comfortable as not wearing a cup, but I forget it’s there pretty quickly after a couple minutes. It doesn’t interfere with any of my kicks and knees, and doesn’t travel out of place. My last cup was old school, this is definitely an improvement on that, padding on the cup is definitely an upgrade from the old style. Stays where you want it and it easily separates so you can wash the strap or cup.Depending on how aggressive your training schedule is it would be super easy to get a second strap so you could wash the straps at the end of the week and just transfer the cup since it’s plastic and washes/dries fast.Like I said I haven’t tried any of the newer styles of cups, but I know this one works for martial arts. I read the reviews on the other style I saw tons of sellers advertising with the compression shorts and then you just slip the cup inside that, they had a really high star rating, but when I looked at the lower star ratings it was a lot of times people in martial arts saying they didn’t work for them. Maybe they would be good for baseball or something, but I needed a protector for fighting, too many people complained with the compression shorts style that it would move when you threw a big hip opening kick( like a higher roundhouse kick), or when grappling/rolling. I saw multiple reviews saying that the compression shorts style would move and sit on top of the grapes making it even scarier to catch a kick then not even having protection. This strap style I got just over the top of my boxer briefs and under my shorts stays put, let’s you throw strikes the same way you would without it and it definitely feels solid enough to do it’s job.Hope this helps someone in deciding what product they should get.

Protects the expensive stuff
I do Muay Thai and let me tell you, during sparring this cup does the trick in protecting and giving confidence. It's comfortable and doesn't get in the way of movement. Picking the right size is crucial (I followed the guide provided by the seller)

Do the job as simple as it can be
The media could not be loaded. Not uncomfortable, the straps are a bit big but I highly recommend

Very good cup
A lot of people get a lot of controversy from this cup but it's actually a very good cup and it doesn't break your wallet

BASEBALL
I needed a good cup/jock to protect my privates while playing hardball. I owned 2 of the same Under Amour set ups for the past 10 years, but they were both blown out. Since Under Armour doesn't make that specific product anymore, I searched and searched numerous Amazon reviews and couldn't find anything decent that was made for ball players. Well, Venom is the answer. It was very comfortable, and it stayed in place all game. My only suggestion would be if you want the waste band very tight, order a size down. I'm just worried that over time, mine will stretch out and won't stay on my waste. It's great now, but we shall see after 20+ games.

Built well
I’m not used to wearing a cup, so it’ll take some getting used to. It feels weird when I teep or switch kick. I haven’t been struck in the junk while wearing it yet, but I’m sure it would keep my planets from flying out of orbit.
