Q: How do we contact the seller after 30 days? My diffuser has stopped working after a few months. I've tried cleaning with alcohol.

Hello there- this device can clog up every now and then but there is an easy solution to that. When I see that there is no mist coming out I first check to see if there is still some oil left in the little bottle inside. To do this just push the bottle from the bottom up until the E.O. Bottle pops up. Pull it up, detach the oil bottle from the top by turning it counter clockwise. Pour undiluted rubbing alcohol into a small conditioner (preferably glass so it’ll not be saturated with the smell of the oil). Drop the little pump with the mirrored top into the UNDILUTED 70% rubbing alcohol but make sure it is fully submerged and entirely covered by the alcohol. Leave the pump soaking in the alcohol for about ten minutes before removing it. Wipe dry with paper towel or a clean cloth. Now it’s ready to be reassembled- be sure there is enough essential oil in the glass oil bottle before securing the pump onto the oil bottle, pop it back in place by lining up the two small arrows on top, and give it a good but gentle push. Once turned back on it should put out a nice thick mist of the essential oil. I like to use 0.33oz. Gya or O’Linear EOs; those bottles fit perfectly just be sure to cut off the plastic ring from the bottle’s neck. I’ve done this a few times and so far my little device is working just fine with no other issues since I bought it almost a year ago. Good luck 🍀👍

No, nebulizing or ultrasonic diffusers are not designed to diffuse essential oils diluted with carrier oils. There are two reasons for that. One, carrier oils are not nearly as volatile as most essential oils and may clog your diffuser. Secondly, carrier oils are would not just evaporate when they are dispersed as mist, they will form droplets, fall down on the table or floor, and will carry your essential oils with you. Some aromatherapy schools offer free webinars on how to diffuse essential oils safely, I would recommend you take one of these classes.

Q: Will Fragrance Oil work with this?

hallo Customer * yes, U can use fragrance oil for the Scentcares as well - only U won't have the benefits of therapeutic effects (because fragrance oil doesn't have such a complex mix ot etherical micro-elements) - but at the other hand fragrance oils can have even a more intensive fragrance - so, it is up to U what is the most important for U: therapeutic effect or only just fragrance * Arie Egbert

I'm sorry I don't know. I purchased a different one, which must not be available, and it's not waterless. They attached my comment/review to this one. Unfortunately, it seems they all don't last very long. Good luck!
