Disappointing Experience
I recently purchased a Cast Aluminium Cookware Set, expecting it to be a durable and long-lasting addition to my kitchen. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.From the very first day of use, the non-stick coating started peeling off. I was shocked to see this happening so quickly, especially since I followed all the recommended usage and care instructions. What was supposed to be a high-quality cookware set .The worst part of this experience, however, was dealing with the company’s customer service. Even though the product is still under warranty, they refused to honor it, giving me vague excuses and leaving me stuck with a defective product. This is unacceptable for any company that claims to stand by the quality of its products.
