Straps are super comfortable. I use it as my daily bag and work bag. It’s nice a big so it fits whatever you need or want. Super nice quality for the price point you can’t beat it! I bike to work with lots of work stuff and lunch inside of it and some shopping after work so I fill it to the brim and it is heavy yes but still feels nice to wear. Straps are completely comfortable. It is red on the inside which is a surprise but I personally love that color so I don’t mind. It’s like a maroon reddish color. Leather is soft and I have scraped it on things and it’s holding up nicely.If you want a small bag this isn’t for you. But if you need a good travel bag or just like them bigger rather than small, you’ll love it like I do.

I looked at it today (on the plane) and thought, damn this product is excellent, I should write a review! This backpack is the last one you will ever need. It is super stylish, durable, extremely spacious but doesn’t look gigantic. I can stuff sweaters or a coat in the top if I need to at the airport. Lots of pockets (2 side) smaller zippered internal pocket and a padded divider for your laptop. My 14” fits just fine. Front pocket is roomy. Magnets keep front pocket and top flap closed. And it still looks new! I looked at a bunch before buying this one. It is really a find.

Great quality material and style however, the bag is heavy before you put anything in it, which was not good for me. Definitely not a light bag to take to the airport or for a computer. It’s like a workout, just to take the bag alone…

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day as a work Sack not realizing it was insulated but that came out as a good feature he loves it it keeps his drinks cool for days and it looks nicer than the picture.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot emphasize enough how great this backpack is. Now is april 2021 and we got it summer 2015. So it’s been 6 years of heavy usage and it still in great shape! Only once last year we fixed one of the handle, but it was due to very heavy weight. Other then that I cannot imagine any other backpack to be in use for so many years and be still in such a great condition.
