Ordered 3 for a retirement ceremony on short notice. They arrived in just a few days. Better quality than I expected for the price. If you want better quality wood, you’re just gonna have to pay more. One of the boxes was coming apart on a corner when they arrived. Was able to easily slip it back into place. Made of decent wood, held together with joinery for sturdier frame, real glass and good solid backing. I changed out the inner felt cause I needed a different color. Not hard to do at all. Peel off the original, use some permanent tack spray and slap on whatever color you desire. Had to unscrew the flag frame to make it work but it was easy to put back together.

My son is currently in the army and has brought home some coins and patches that I wanted to take care of properly. He mentioned a Shadow box, and thanks to Amazon I am very happy with this purchase. The dark cherry of the wood is beautiful. This is a hefty item and by all indications seems to be very well built. No regrets about displaying anything in this case. Have a flag coming close behind.

I love the quality & size of this case. It was the perfect gift from my hubby for my July 4th birthday with a flag that was flown over Afghanistan when he was working there the past 5 years.

The item is perfect to display a standard flag and medals. It is not huge, but you can display everything you want, even for a long career. Box is well built and finished nicely. I am very happy I got it and it is a good product.

Very beautiful case. Better than I expected with only one downfall, that would be the flag. It says that it fits a 3x5 flag, which it does, just not one that is folded like you normally fold a flag. It took a lot of playing with the folding, ultimately doing it in thirds, before being able to start the actual folding. Then had to play around with the starting fold to get it done so it looked right and filled up the area. Very much recommend this one, just allow time to fold the flag right.

The quality of this display case is amazing!! The inside material make it super easy to design (we used Velcro). There is a lot of display cases on the market and this one is definitely worth the money due to the quality of the case. It made for a great going away presents for one of my Airmen who was getting medically retired, and I know they will cherish it forever!
