What material is the lid?

It's a rubbery feeling plastic (I think polyethylene).

Does this lid fit all Keep Cup sizes? I accidentally melted the twisting bit of mine in the dishwasher.

I have many different Keep Cups and the 8 oz size and 12 0z size lids are interchangable. I am not sure about the thermal, because mine dripped coffee - it did not seal properly - and it would drip on my clothes when traveling so I got rid of the thermal cup.

Is this microwave safe?

This is the stainless steel version and would not be safe for use in a microwave.

How long does this keep your drink warm

I did a short test using my 12oz Thermal, filled the cup with water heated to 163°F/72.8°C, then put on the lid and started waiting. After 10 minutes it had cooled down to 154°F/67.8°C, 20 minutes 149°F/65°C, 30 minutes 146°F/63.3°C. This cup would likely not be my first choice if I wanted my drink to stay hot as long as possible (I would instead recommend like a thicker double-walled vessel with screw-on lid, for example, a Zojirushi, Yeti, or Tiger thermos). While I do generally prefer the KeepCup's drinking experience over a more traditional thermos, there is a trade-off in heat retention. I think it is also worth mentioning that James Hoffmann did a similar test in his "The Best Reusable Coffee Cups - 2019 Edition" video on YT, at the 2:54 mark there is a chart of detailing insulation results for the various cups tested, including a 6oz KeepCup Thermal. Per his test, and starting with water at 158°F/70°C, the 6oz cup was down to 141.8°F/61°C after 10 minutes, 136.4°F/58°C after 20, and 131.9°F/55.5°C after 30 - so it would seem that the larger 12oz Thermal model does have slightly better heat retention than the smaller 6oz cup.

Great new keepcup

Really happy with this product. Keeps your coffee warm for ages. Only downside with the white cup is that coffee drips stain it.

It’s a nice cup, however I tends to drip on your from the mouth piece if your not careful. Also the while color of this cup actually STAINS with black coffee!
