I've had mine for over a year now and they still have not chipped or budged. I mainly use them to make Ramen noodles so they come in contact with boiling water with no issue. I was also complimented once at a Hibachi restaurant at how cute the little cat stands were. I love them and would buy again!

Since we're a two person household, we only have two of the sets of our favorites completely together on display. The other chopsticks live in the silverware drawer. The little rests are adorable and the three remaining ones hang out on the window sill as a cute little display. So far the chopsticks seem to hold up well, have decent grip and hand feel. They get used almost daily for at least one meal over the last six or so months and are only handwashed.
