This grinder makes the batter smooth and soft its grinds well. The noise level is as usual like every grinders. There is not batter leakage if you are using minimal quantity for grinding. The quality and look of this grinder is awesome. Totally I consider this product is value for money.If you are using larger quantity I wont recommend this product to you

The grinder is small and cute, best suited for small family - ours is family of 4. The 1.2 Ltr grinder container can also be used to store the batter in the fridge. It is light weight so it is easy to lift, pour the batter in another container and clean. Ultra also comes up with attachments like batter cleaner, coconut scraper and atta kneader available on their official site. Since it consumes very less space, it does not take much space on counter top and those of who want to store it below in shelves, it is convenient too, as it is light weight and easy to lift. I also found a sewing machine cover on Amazon which is best suited to cover the grinder and looks good too!! Happy about both the purchases from Amazon! :)

While grinding , it is little difficult to lift the grinder as stuck with base . There is a screw fitted in the botton of the frinder. How to contact for service

Worst grinder. Have received defective piece. Every part is damaged. Takes forever to grind rice. Even the top quality rice (soaked for more than 6 hours) takes more than half n hr. Ultra 2L is very good, but this 1.25L is just pathetic. Money wasted. The pot doesnt even fit properly.

We have an older ELGI (1.75L) wet grinder - which has been working well for several years. However, if there are senior citizens or users who are advised against carrying weights then the heavier models become useless. We purchased this small ELGI (1.25L) grinder as it is easy to use (because of lower weight) and it makes enough batter for a small family to last a week a single grinding session. ELGI is simply the best quality product for grinders and entirely justifies the higher price.

It’s really good as it is not making temperature high like most , allows aeration while grinding and helps in fermentation as well

received the shipment on time and it perfectly suites our requirement. We tried it couple of times and so far looks good. The "Mini" label on the grinder was rubbed off when it came to us. But other than that the functionality is good. I got a Preethi mixer from the same store through amazon 6 years ago and never had issues till date.
