Useful product and good quality

I'm disappointed. I just received the arm rest and connected it to my desk. I adjusted the pivot points to a comfortable height and then rested my arm on it. The pivot points immediately collapsed, because they did not lock properly. I adjusted the pivot point again and tightened it down as much as I could and tried again, and again the pivot point collapsed. The pivot point is supposed to mesh together so it doesn't slip so when the pivot collapses it sounds like a ratchet. I'm not a very big guy, so given what I paid for this, I'm very disappointed.

It works perfectly however mine came with three loose black pieces. The photo on Amazon and on the box shows that it is supposed to come firmly fixed on. These pieces don't seem to have any purpose besides hiding the screws; it's just an aesthetic function. I talked to customer service and received a partial refund which I'm happy with since I decided to keep the item anyways.

Es un excelente reposa brazos de 3 ejes, se ajusta a distancia y altura, materiales resistentes, ayuda mucho al escribir y usar el ratón del computador, tiene un almohadilla suave a diferencia de otros que no la tienen, hace un poco de ruido pero nada que un par de gotas de aceite no resuelvan.

What a great litle device. Life changing aupports the forarm and decrreases wrist strain. It is made of a solid, heavy metal and is sturdy. The arm support is firm, not squishy and so comfortable you forget you are using it....but notice the lack of aupport and strain if you are not!

Using it for a short period of time while WFH. Used the secondary screw to make it fit my desk thickness. Feels sturdy. Height adjustment is easy.The rotation is very stiff, perhaps I need to work it in more or maybe I'll give it a shot of lubricant.
