How exactly does this bolt to the bed? Do you have to modify the plastic bed rail or does this go over top of it? 2017 f250

You will have to drill your own mounting holes to bolt it down

Is this compatible with my hard fold bedcover?

I highly doubt it. On my F150 it sticks out maybe 3/4 of an inch over the bed rail into the truck. My roll up cover which is inside the rails wouldn’t work. If you do get it have it bedlined or it will rust. You can do it yourself with raptor liner. They make a 2 part in a rattle can that works great

Not one size fits all but awesome

I love the look of this and takes the look of my truck to the next level . Not one size fits all that’s for sure but it does fit with a little over hang in the bed of my truck. Too bad to install and did with just myself. Don’t get the tire rack if you plan on driving on the road daily with it . You cannot see anything out the rear window at all . Good if you off road though maybe .

2003 Toyota Tundra fit and product

Overall I’m pleased with the fit and look. Installation instructions were not with the unit i reached out to Stephen direct and was provided a link to a YouTube video which was appreciated. You will need a metal rivet tool and a drill - recommend an automatic center punch as well so you drill in the proper place after mockup. Minus 1 star because the finish on the product is chipped. I’m in FL so i don’t expect rust to be an issue I’ll be coating the damaged area over with Matt paint to protect it.

Very happy!

I kept going back and forth on this chase rack, but I wanted something to get my full size spare out of the bed of my truck. I was able to keep my BAK revolver cover on as well, I won’t be able to open it up all the way but at lease I can keep stuff locked in the bed and under cover again. I’m glad I went with it and am loving the looks!

I bought this because of the tire rack. It looks mean on the truck. One of the parts came busted because of the shipping and handling, but the seller offer a replacement immediately. It was great dealing with him. I would buy again easily.

Dose not fit full size trucks

I like the quality and everything but it dose not fit on a 95 f150 like it said it would it's about 5in to short do not buy fir full size truck

I've gotten a lot of compliments on the look. Hinders use of the truck bed but if you pull out the spare tire mount it opens up the bed a lot more definitely happy with it!
