For me, I'm all about quantity. I find that each package can give 2 healthy portions. The package states approximately 3 servings. A serving equals 3/4 cup drained (137g), at 15 calories per serving. If you wanted to eat the whole package, it would be a mere 45 calories. I made a can of cream of broccoli soup, added a little additional broccoli and a full package of Better Than Noodles. For me, that was two large bowls. I could only eat one bowl, so it was 2 meals. I love this product. Better Than Rice is wonderful too! I haven't tried the Better Than Pasta yet, but my guess is that it is just as amazing. I love that I can eat it and be carb-free and also is low on the glycemic index! Being at-risk for diabetes, this is a great thing. Typically, when I eat spaghetti, I will eat at least 1 1/2 servings, as a serving is only 2 oz. That means about 330 calories. To eat the same quantity of Better Than Noodles, it would only be about 20-25 calories. That is amazing!

I usually eat the whole bag. They reheat fine though.
