with a little help this backpack would be perfect
I really needed this for grocery shopping so that I could carry the empty backpack to the market and then use the wheels to roll the heavy stuff home. The first problem I encountered was the chemical smell but I did my best to ignore that and hoped it would go away after a while. The second problem was the straps that are very short with little padding. I ended up buying some padding for the backpack straps on Amazon and that made use a lot more comfortable. Once I resolved my initial problems I found that the backpack was perfect for my needs.

Will serve the purpose.
This was a great replacement. It breaks my heart that it already coming apart. It works great for commuting as long as you don't overload it.

Maybe Ok for very light use, NOT for HEAVY USE
Got this for my daughter to use at school. These days there are no lockers in school, so kids now have to drag/Cary a ridiculous amount of books, all day long, from class to class. School bags can weigh upwards of 20 lbs. The wheels wore out within 3 weeks, the straps continually got caught under the wheels, and there is no padding if she caries the bag as a backpack. Zipper ripped after 2 weeks. Overall, poor quality for heavy duty use. Tossed the bag after 3 weeks. Might be ok as an overnight bag, but you'd be better off buying a cheaper bag for that.

You get what you pay for
I bought this for my 10 year old who started middle school. With the price point at ~ $30, I wanted to give it a shot. She is carrying a lot of books for middle school and we definitely were in the look out for a rolling backpack. We stopped using it after 2 weeks. The side pockets on the outside broke (after keeping her water bottle in there) so she wasn’t able to use that any more. She has to take several books with her and she complained that the backpack kept tilting and falling over with the weight. I do like that there are different sizes of pockets but best used for small items and not everyday use. Not sturdy enough for everyday use for many books and a laptop in my opinion. Wish they made the side pockets more durable and wider so that you can fit different water bottle sizes (this one can only fit the narrow ones). The wheels were also giving her issues (here and there would lock up and she would have to drag it for a couple of seconds for the wheels to start working). We ended up investing in the Kipling New Zea 15” that we got on sale (granted it was still around $160) but it has 4 wheels and very durable and will last her for years! Still going strong after 3 months of use! Wish we got that one in the first place! Already past my return date for this one so it’s going to get donated instead. Hope this help. PROS: * cheap * good for small items (not for heavy items) * wouldn’t recommend for everyday use (unless you are carrying minimal stuff) * multiple pockets to store items CONS: * side pockets not good for water bottles or heavy items * having issues with the wheels * added weight causes the bag to tilt (have to be cautious about how much you put in the bag) * the handle doesn’t seem to lock some times * not durable

Used for travel
Perfect for what I needed. I was able to fit A LOT in this bag. Very strong and well made. I was impressed that the zipper didn’t break considering the way I stuffed this bag with clothes. The wheels are asmall and it was a little tricky to stroll at times, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I love it and will continue to use it when I travel.. Easily fits in the compartment above my seat in the airplane, even with filling the pockets in the front of the bag!!! I recommend it.

I'm very happy with this rolling backpack. Thank You!!!
I take this with me to work. It is holding up nicely, still looks good, and is convenient. I really appreciate this. For a long time, I've been carrying an additional bag with my books and lunch upon my shoulder, and that can be heavy and uncomfortable. This rolling backpack comes to the rescue!!! So far, I've had it for a couple of months now and it's fine. I wish I would have bought this sooner!!! Thank you. P.S. This is fine for taking to work. I think it is well designed, well made and convenient. I like the storage, the handle, the zippers, compartments, material and wheels. Having said this, it may or may not be sturdy enough for wear and tear use that kids may do to it, same for air travel. I would not use this as a suitcase for travelling. I would consider something stronger in those cases.

I've had this product for 9 days. It is a lot bigger inside than I thought it would be. So far it has endured what I have put it through. Day in and day out it is loaded with 3 massive text books including the Income Tax Act, my tablet, a binder full of paper, and other small objects all at one time. I've made it across parking lots and through libraries. It has walked miles and miles with me, including a trip to a hotel casino where it endured the parking garage. The wheels got caught in an expansion joint and that pulled the handle out of my hand and made me drop the backpack on its back. It then kept up with the forever walk across the casino to the hotel. All of this with my text books in it. They're heavy. The legs and wheel base are tall enough for it to sit off the ground. There are metal bars supporting between the wheel base and legs. I'm a firm believer that this is what has kept my text books from breaking the whole assembly. The two mesh pockets on the outside of the bag carry 2 500ml bottles of water each. I've had nothing go wrong yet! Even the zippers have held. If it can get through mid December without any issues, then hopefully I can come back with a good update! Update Oct 24: Still going strong. I've even lifted the bag a lot by the top handle, while its jammed full with almost 4000 pages. Mainly I roll it along. Still working fine. Tip: tuck the straps in to the back pocket that covers the handle assembly. I've been doing this from day 1 with no issues. Update: Jan 14th/18 This product got me through 3 months of carrying 4000+ pages, and it had a lot of wear and tear placed upon it, yet it is still going strong! All of the zippers and handles are intact and nothing has broke! I have a bit of separation between 2 of the wheels on the bottom. There are 4 wheels total but they are placed side by side as 2 pairs. The wheels are on plastic rims and 2 of the wheels have parted just a bit. It doesn't affect performance of the product as both wheels and the tiny rim are intact. I would 100% buy from this maker again.

This bag serves its purpose and you definitely get what you pay for. The handles and wheels don't feel very sturdy. The straps are not too comfortable either. But if you're not taking the back long distances than it's probably worth it.

Très pratique, on peut mettre sous les sièges dans l,avion, seulement il n’y a pas d’un mécanisme pour bloquer le poignet quand on utilise pour tirer
