Tells you the why and the how to be effective
Love Dr. Berg's writing style. The only downside is I start reading and want to tell everyone I know this information but I know not everyone wants me to tell them all the information or maybe they are just not ready. And I get it. Change is hard. But back to the book, this is an easy read and he explains why things work the way they do. I think if more people understood their health would turn around. I hope more people read this book. 🙏 thank you Dr berg for all you do. I haven't achieved all my goals but I am working on it. I lost 50 lbs in the last 6 months and plan on losing 70 more the healthy way. I am starting to gain back more energy and decrease pain. I wake up sometimes before the alarm. I have less headaches. I am tenacious so I won't be giving up.

A Book on Health I Love!
I don’t think I have ever finished a book on Health, or even read most of it. But this one is awesome! It is easy to understand. It makes sense for a change. And it is exciting anticipating what is coming in the next pages. I am very impressed with this guy.

WOW...WOW...WOW
I wish I could give this book a 10 star. I have been struggling losing weight. I have been on a low fat diet and had trouble losing weight, after eating dinner a always craved something sweet could never satisfied my self with just dinner.I have been on the eating plan for only a week and lost weight which is encouraging, It focuses on eating fat, protein and lots of vegetable (eating it in a certain order) NO CARBS OR SUGAR for the first two weeks. After the 2 weeks you can start incorporating other foods.I can go in a grocery store and not crave sweets like I did. Very Happy with this book!

Filled with Good Healthy Information
He is clear, writes well, gives very useful information. I really appreciate his advice, find it all very helpful. Five stars for Dr. Berg. Highly recommend.

BEST HEALTHY KETO BOOK OUT THERE
Love this boo!! Packed with information and even illustrations to describe and make his point. My niece recommended Dr. Berg to me and our lives have only improved since learning how to do Keto in a healthy way. Not all that fatty steak and other fats. Healthy oils, used minimally. He tells you all manner of things about your body type and what you need to do to get healthy. ALL things explained fully and easy to understand. Also, you can watch his YouTube videos. We've become huge Dr. Berg fans. Sent this book to cousins battling weight and health issues. One said it's the best book like this she's ever seen. I AGREE!You need this if you want to do keto but do it in a healthy manner. Also includes info about intermittent fasting. GREAT BOOK!
