Q: Has anyone placed a glowstick inside this ball to have it glow at night?

I have not tried it, and I do not know how you could.. it is a small blow hole to inflate, so would need a really skinny (smaller than a straw thickness) to eve attempt to get something in there. Perhaps some of the wire version LED lights, but still need battery for them, but even those I think would be too thick to get inside. -- you could use flood lights under them to give them an eerie affect. We had them in the upper windows of our house, and did some puck lights near them, and that worked well.

It's not latex, so it doesn't stretch. You blow it up by yourself or gently with an air compress.

No, it does not glow in the dark.

Q: How do you hang them in tree?

They have a tab attached for hanging. You can use string to put through and hang them up.
