Splash out on this super book
Just when you thought it was safe to enter the water, this washed up. Brimming with wisdom, this swell book turned the tide of my understanding of how water works. Either immerse oneself in it or, alternatively, dip in and out of it to freshen-up your knowledge.

Fascinating and fact-packed but very readable
Who knew there was so much information to be gleaned from water? Whether you're looking at a puddle or the ocean, there is so much information in this book, you'll never look at 'simple' water in the same way again. Thoroughly fascinating, beautifully written, and hugely inspiring, it will have you running off in search of the nearest body of water to see what he's talking about. A great way to connect with something that may seem everyday and ordinary.

Very informative and interesting.
I bought this for my husband as he had enjoyed another book by Tristan Gooley. As it arrived just as we were setting off on holiday we took it on our road trip to Scotland and used it to understand the various types of ripples, eddies and other features on the lochs that we camped by. Very informative and interesting.

Good Read
I liked this book. It is really interesting. The book provides an insight into knowledge which would have been second nature to our ancestors but is now all but lost. Particularly interesting is the insight on how the Polynesians navigated the Pacific Ocean.
