The pic here shows 4 bushings. The package (when it arrives) lists 8. I got an opened package, and there were only 7 bushings in it. They vary in size, and wouldn't you know it, the missing piece was one of the ones I needed. I don't know what they'll cost me locally, but I've got a door off the car now, so I'll have to hope one of the local chains has got them in stock.

I have finally installed them. To clarify though, it's one kit per hinge, not one kit per door. I noted that there was some confusion on the subject.There are 4 different bushing types, designed to fit different hinges. Only two of the bushings fit my hinge, but the important part is, they did fit exactly and the hinges are as good as new.

Worked out great only needed one ,wasn't sure which one.
