What's the shelf life of this product?

I bought 12 last year and I have 4 left and they still good, then maybe it's life more than 18 months!

What is the length of this glue sticks? I need long length for activities for the elderly

three and one-half inches long and one inch in diameter. Lots of glue for lots of things.
