David Burke Kitchen Commercial Weight Non-Stick Medium Cookie Sheet 15 x 10

I have a small oven and I love to bake cookies, I needed a heavy duty cookie sheet that does not stick or burn the bottom of my cookies. These work great, I baked 24 dozens of cookies and they all came out perfect.

I just put one of these in my oven and walked away from it-- after a couple of minutes I heard a loud noise coming from my oven; the damn cookie sheet has warped upwards and two opposing corners are now AT LEAST an inch in the air.I'm making cookies to munch on but if this has been a jelly roll cake or something it would be ruined. I THOUGHT these were really nice quality but plainly they are NOT~ good cookie sheets should not do this

These are amazing. I bought a few in different sizes about 6 months at Tuesday Morning and I couldn't be happier. Nothing sticks to these and they are so easy to clean (unlike many other "non-stick" products I've used)! I've made all kinds of things on these, from roasted veggies to burnt cookies, all without needing any cooking spray. They're pretty heavy duty and don't warp in the oven, either. My only complaint is that the undersides got scratched after about 2 uses, presumably from the oven rack. So far, the cooking surface hasn't scratched or stained at all, and I use these a few times per week so they get regular use. I just love how easily everything washes off these pans, even when it looks like you'll be scrubbing for hours.

Baked at 395 for 40 minutes and it is completely bent.

Got a few of his items in Marshalls ( sheet pan, loaf pan) and like them very much. Got them for less than 1/2 on this site. Thought they were a steal!! Very solid pans and just the right heavy. Did not warp in oven at high temps. like my other sheet pans. Highly recommend.

This is a heavy duty non-stick pan that has become my favorite baking sheets. I also found the same bakeware in a 9x13 which also performs extremely well. I have found that it bakes evenly, doesn't warp and is easy to clean. I haven't put mine in a dishwasher but it claims to be dishwasher safe too.

I love his cookie sheets the cookies are so easy to take up without breaking up.
