Get what you pay for
Like others have stated, case, even simple ones won't work with this, so makes it a chore to charge. Phone is actually charging slower through the dock than it does directly via cable when using it and when you do place it on the charger, due to the length of the usb connector the phone bobbles in the dock, doesn't seat firmly like it should. As the title states, get what you pay for. Wouldn't purchase again.

more trouble than it was worth
I don't have much good to say about this but here goes. It doesn't require instructions to use. that's about it. It will only work with phones without cases. It is a problem to connect and disconnect the phone as the base is too light and liable to come off the desk during removal. It is too easy to knock over. Bigger phones don't feel stable one in it my biggest gripe is it won't do fast charging overall it looks and feels as cheap as the price I paid for it.
