Stainless is the best way to go for your health. These are great!
I love making banana breads with these. They are perfect size to make a squatty loaf. If you coat this with some coconut oil, the bread comes out smoothly with little sticking. The quality of these pans is much better than aluminum and non stick.. clean by soaking 5 minutes and the mess slides right off! These will outlast any other pans you have!

I’ve really enjoyed baking with these pans. Having multiple allows you to use one as a top to keep moisture in breads. Easy to clean and even browning. It’s the perfect size for a loaf of bread.

Inexpensive & effective.
I use these to make multiple loaves of sourdough at a time!! Works great, spray with olive oil on pan & dough top with water. Cheap solution!

Great pans but they bow when they get hot

Excellent quality pan
Great pan for baking breads! Strong, sturdy and doesn’t discolor. Baked goods are removed easily once you use oil or butter before adding the batter. Love it!

These pans are sturdy and feel high quality. They heat evenly and hold their shape without warping. Have worked reliably for baking loaves and clean up easily.

Great quality
Great quality! Great for using one on top of the other. But not if you want a giant loaf of bread they aren’t deep enough, to top one on top of the other. They are great for just baking without one on the top for a giant loaf of sourdough! I still use parchment paper because I’m not sure I want to waste food confirming the nonstick quality.
