The product itself is good, and we purchased it based on reviews, so there are no problems with its quality or reliability. However, the delivery team had been the worst; they literally caused me a terrible experience. First, I ordered the bed on April 28 and Wakefit cancelled it on their own on May 15, wasting my half-month. Then, I ordered it a second time, and this time, they came to my residence on May 23 and refused to deliver, citing a lack of manpower to carry the logistics and instead they asked me to provide the manpower. I complained to Wakefit, but they did nothing, and after a lot of effort made by me they finally delivered it on 29 th may and that without installation process and finally today on 1 june they installed it so if you have lots of patience and plenty of time you may order this

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Superb service within 15 minutes of delivery, the bed installed. Lightening speed. Product is also good at this price. Big king size nice.

Giving this negative review after using this bed for three months. It got damaged within three months even it is in warranty Wakefit is not providing repairing service. From one month I am taking follow up on that every time they say 48 hrs and that never comes. Every thing is pathetic their product, installation service and all. It’s waste of money. Not sure if they have posted fake positive Review about their product however it is not worth the price they are selling

The packaging was good. It fit perfectly in the room. For a first time customer of wakefit, the quality is great actually. When you order with the same size of wakefit mattress with it, it gives ultimate comfort. And about the look of this bed, it gives simple and classy look in the room.

Nice product. Giving feedback after 1 year. Some improvement needs for the box cover . The plywood at top are very weak and thin. That definitely need to be strong material.

A great product and the wakefit team were very good in installing the product i ordered a wardrobe a bed and a dressing mirror however the dressing mirror was broken rest was good. They said that water should not even tpuch this wood or else the wood will catch water good only depends pn its longetivity
