This item is perfect and convenient! The ice dispenser what makes it so good!!

defective item.Changed once but still not working properly

Ok product but expected better quality of ice Also the hot water is not warm enough for tea

I ordered a Panasonic because it is known for it its quality. However this water dispenser is just horrible. It is so noisy that we have to switch it off at nights. It makes loud banging noises every once in a while. The cabinet below is flimsy and broke the first time I opened it. Utter thrash. You are better off buying one of the Chinese brands.

All is ok

I like it 1- ice and gold/hot water at the same time. 2- safety process to reach the hot water. I would give it 5/5 if wasn't for this fatal missing I almost get to return it because In operation instruction they didnt mentioned anything about the blue safety plastic that hold the pipes in order to have hot water or ice from underneath at water loading.

أسوأ منتج يمكن شراؤه . اشتريت المنتج من 4 أشهر و كان تبريد الماء أقل من عادي و قريب من برودة ماء الصنبور و لا يوجد درجات للتبريد إنما فقط درجة واحدة و غير باردة على الاطلاق و لكن الأهم من ذلك كان هناك طعم غريب للماء و كذلك لقطع الثلج و عندما تواصلت مع الشركة لم يجيبوني بشيء غير أن الطعم سيتحسن مع الوقت و أن درجة التبريد لا يمكن رفعها و هذه طاقة الجهاز و أنا الى الآن و بعد 4 أشهر لم يتحسن الطعم و لا برودة الماء و بالطبع لا يمكن إرجاع المنتج بعد هذه الفترة. ندمت كثيرا على شراء هذا المنتج بالنظر إلى سعره المرتغع الذي أستطيع أن أشتري 4 مبردات ماء بنفس السعر .

This model is very good. They can increase length of the nozzle so that it is visible and can avoid water spillages.

Extremely cute product with lovely functions. If you are planning to buy a dispenser, go for this one

I love this water dispenser. Gets the water pretty cold. It also holds around 3 cups of hot water in its tank at all times. I love that it has 3 nozzles and doesn’t make you choose between having room temperature water or hot water.

المنتج جيد ولكن اذا قمت بتشغيل السخان فان الماء الذي في اعلى البراد يصبح حاراً لا اعلم لماذا اضطريت الى اطفاء السخان واستخدمه للماء البارد

The cooler was great but the lower part of the cooler had an assembly issue leaving it unevenly open at the point where the silver and black panels merged.
