Anybody doing quality control on these refurbished headlamps??
Ordered 2, to replace 2 broken headlamps of the same model that lasted multiple years. Received these, and one was defective out of the box, the other won’t hold a charge over night. Sent back the one that was defective and received one with rusty batteries in it. I swapped out he batteries from both headlamps that I was replacing, since they were the same, and these still have issues. The one that wouldn’t hold a charge still won’t hold a charge and the other one is a pile of junk. The replacement I received said it was refurbished, but the two that I originally ordered didn’t say that. Needless to say I’m not at all pleased. These are garbage refurbs that apparently have little to no QC prior to shipping.

Love this headlamp because I can charge it via varies sources. Like the fact that I do not have to replace the batteries. Used it every time I am out camping but also used it at home when we had blackouts.

This thing is bright! i was using another head lamp that was decent but the led that powers this is blinding in a good way. Its so much easier to find what I’m looking for and by doing it with 2 free hands! There is no competing with dim, head lights that do not put as much power as this one does. I did use another head lamp like this, but it had 4 tiny LED’S and they didn’t shine as super bright as i wanted them to. The use of a round sphere to multiply the light is genius, and it does’t use as much power as others.The battery is rechargeable, which is a plus, and it lasts quite a while. Although the charger is good, i do advise those buying this to buy an extra car charger, as the one that comes with it is very cheap, and is not for a long term use.Usage: I am very positive you can use this on and off and not worry about recharging for a few weeks and it’ll still looks as bright as the first charge. Its not heavy to wear and it fits on anyones head by adjusting the straps to your liking. I recommend this to everyone for those times when the power goes out, and you need both hands to work with, or just for exploring in the dark. I did receive this product for a discount in exchange for providing my honest review.
