would this be ok for running in warm weather?

Not good for warm weather, very thick material but very comfortable

it is to a certain extent I had to cut a slit around my nose so I can properly breath or else I feel like I'm being suffocated. Also you will heat up very easily due to it being made out of 90% cotton and it being quite thick the wind has a hard time going through but I was indoors when I wearing it so I can be wrong. Overall it is a good quality product I still have mine and I got mine about two years ago and it is still holding strong
