I have autoimmune issues, rheumatoid arthritis/lupus and have suffered from a hyperthyroid in the past. For years I have used supplements to reduce inflammation and pain but after my hip replacement 3 years ago my regular supplement regimen just didn't seem to be enough. My hands and feet were sore and stiff and the pain in my lower back/hip never let up! I stumbled on this researching rheumatoid arthritis and loved that it had a combination of ingredients that truly aid in reducing inflammation and pain. I use this in conjunction with Cat's Claw and the effect has been life altering! The pain in my lower back/hip is GONE and the pain and stiffness in my feet and hands is greatly reduced and it's only been 4 days. I never expected immediate results but that is exactly what I got. I must say that I use these two supplements in conjunction with CoQ10 with hawthorn berry, curcumin 95 and vitamin D. I'm sold!

I have Ehnlers Danlos Syndrome hyper mobility type and there is no medication for it. It affects joints. You could think of it as loose joints. Well the problem with loose joints is they dislocate easily and often. It happens randomly so it's painful. I live a life full of inflammation it's a daily struggle.I took a chance and purchased this product three months ago. I have taken two pills daily since. I'm not going to lie and say it's healed me. But I keep taking it. The reason is the results are impressive. I have significantly less inflammation and feel over all improved. I was even recently able to go to Disney World for ten days. Which is huge considering I have spent weeks in bed. I still have bad days. But I do feel like it helps and recommend it to my family. But I think the biggest recommendation is that I keep purchasing it. I live next to Sprouts and have access to other supplements. But I have repeatedly repurchased this product.I get no discount or incentive from anyone. I just honestly recommended the product.

I love these EFAs! I used to take another vegan brand, which was also good, but I had to take 3 times as many capsules that were larger, and they cost almost twice as much. I started taking these last year and find them just as effective and SO much easier to take!Love the packaging and glass bottles!

GOOD BRAND

"I am on my second bottle of Wellspring Organic Omega 3s. I take Omega 3 and Turmeric on a daily basis and really liked the idea of getting my plant-based Omega 3 and Turmeric in just one capsule instead of two. Love that it is organic. Product seems to work for me - I have no complaints."

Not exactly a great sub for liquid fatty acids or fish oil. I think these have changed the texture of my hair. I plan on switching back to my liquid capsules of Fish oil.

Haven't noticed much of a difference, but I like the ingredients and trust this company. I'm curious if I'll see a difference after a few months of consistently taking it.

I like these because these are natural but I haven't had any results so far with these as the other people experienced.

I simply am very interested in natural vegetarian good for you products that actually you can take a chance on.This product seems to have an array of amazing ingredients, and you are not left worrying about the possible toxicity of pesticides etc. And this would very well in place of fish omegas, which do tend to have the issue of fishy aftertaste.The ingredients seem to be very carefully considered too, they are powerhouses even by themselves.There seems to have been a real care over packaging, and I had no issues with delivery.I am very happy with the product and all the claims, and very pleased to get to purchase via a promotion, but my biggest issue is the cost. I originally didn't realise that this is only one months' supply, and for that it is an expensive product- hence 4 stars rather than the 5. I do recommend this product if cost is not an issue.

My joints don't ache as much and I feel quite calm and not so anxious. I also take Other Touchstone vitamins, such as Essentials and Supergreens +D, so combined I guess my wellbeing has improved a lot. I have to admit that I cannot take all the pills recommended each day as the capsules get stuck in my throat. So I take two Wellspring and one or two each of the other capsules.

I very much enjoy using this suppliment and will continue to use it. These are great for Vegans for omega which I find beneficial. However, I am not vegan but find this a fantastic supplement as it is organic and I specifically take to help reduce inflammation (which I easily suffer from easily). From going wheat and dairy free along with taking these supplements I have seen a great improvement.
