Step 1 (AM & PM): Skin Therapy Oil - apply thin layer all over body Step 2: (AM & PM): Massage Lotion - layer on top of oil all over body Step 3 (PM): Tummy Butter - in PM, following steps 1 & 2, massage butter into belly and other targeted stretch mark-prone areas 2-3x Weekly (AM or PM): Tummy Mask [not included] - for intensive treatment, after steps 1 & 2, apply mask. As Needed (AM or PM): Soothing Oil [not included] - after shower of bath, spray onto damp skin, let sit for a few seconds, and then pat dry. The massage cream [included in this bundle] is not mentioned in those directions. The directions for each individual product are below.
