This set is really, really nice. You never quite know what you're going to get with these orders, but this one blows me away. Every bit of the set is beautiful and high-quality. The measurements and scale are spot on. The thoughtful little details are lovely (there is an oven rack!) The backs are finished perfectly, in case they'll show in your project. The insides are not finished perfectly, and will possibly need touchups if you're going to display them opened. This is by far the nicest and best-value set of minis I've ordered and I would give 10 stars if I could.

I am over joyed at this purchase. The craftsmanship is more than expected. To be honest, I thought there would be some flaws but I can’t find any. I noticed some reviews were negative because of shipping damages or missing parts or whatever but this review is STRICTLY from the item. First off, I received everything the description said I would. Shipment was delivered on time and without and issues. This set is so realistic that the cabinets even have the shelving in them. All pieces open as you can see from the pictures. Granted, the paint isn’t 100% perfect but it is so close I can’t knock a star down for that. This is wooden so it can be repainted if needed. I just started building and selling the Victorian style 1:12 dollhouses and my daughter made me let her keep 1. She is 7 so I furnished it and I think I may have to switch her furniture for my display furniture because this piece and ones from this seller are just too perfect for playing with (if that makes sense). I am overly satisfied and plan on purchasing many more!!!!!

It's a bit fragile so I would recommend this for an older child say 7-8 if they like miniatures. It's a nice little set. I think my granddaughter will enjoy it with the other miniatures I purchased to enhance the items in this set.

This looks beautiful in one of my dollhouses. The cabinets are well crafted and doors open and close properly, the furniture table and chairs are equally lovely. Will definitely purchase this again.
