I’ve tried a few from different sellers, and so far this is my favorite for its purpose. Soft feel to the fabric, yet sturdy and very breathable. You are able to workout in it and no bunching. However I have a short torso bc I’m 5’ 0.5”so it may sit at the very top of your butt, but not enough to bother you while wearing it working out. I also wear it while I’m at work, and I can work 12-14hr shifts. I forget I have it on. I don’t sleep in mines. You may want to size down if you are between sizes. Waist @ belly button is 34in, so I ordered a 2XL and it comes with an extender. It was too big and I was on the last row, without the extender and the fit was not tight/snug.The seller is great they reached out to ensure I received the product and asked if there were any sizing items. I was going to do a return and reorder the correct size for myself. The seller took care of all that and has sent out the correct size I need. I didn’t have to do anything! So go ahead and order it.

I had bought another waist trainer and it dug in my sides so badly I couldn’t last 10 mins with it on. I decided to shop for another one and came across this and gave it a shot. I’m so happy with this purchase, it’s comfortable and breathable and is easy to workout with. I started with a large 9 weeks later I was in a medium, and after three weeks of having the medium I’m on the last notch. In a few more weeks I plan to come back to order a small. I was able to drop down in sizes since I incorporate weight training and cardio. If your looking for comfortably look no further. I just wish I came across this months earlier.

I thought I would never be able to say I found a waist trainer that was comfortable. I’m 5’0 156lbs purchased the X-Large which was recommended but with the extender provided I should have gotten a Large. I’m currently on the middle notch. it’s flexible a breathable which is needed when chasing after my little ones. 4 stars cause the size chart

I must say this is a okay waist trainer but I didn’t like like it was in the picture so I was shock but overall it was okay

This product was not comfortable for my liking and in my opinion does not work for everybody type if you are a beginner in waist training. Trial and error and look for other options either cheaper or spend the extra money elsewhere to find what works best for your body and comfortability. By the way it does not include extra hooks if you need to extend it to fit your body type. The material was too stiff and very uncomfortable for me.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product even after reading all the reviews. But I have been wearing it for a week now and it feels great and is not uncomfortable. The extender helps a lot as well. Pay attention to your measurements when ordering, don't worry if it is xxl or higher that you need verses the size pants you wear lol It is accurate according to your measurements and will allow you to go in tighter as needed. I also love how it makes me sit up and have better posture. I wear this all day and no rash or anything pinching or irritating me.The only down side is for anyone with a fupa don't expect it to go that low, you may have to pull up your fupa from the inside loloverall I love it and hope to keep going down in size as time goes on.

This trainer is completely comfortable and the best one I have came across so far.
