Read all reviews to know NOT what to do. This works!
After reading reviews (especially the 1 ⭐️ reviews) I knew this was the product to buy to solve my beetle and grub issue. The reviews were very helpful. Instead of poring it directly on the grass. I mix it in with my new soil when i did reseeding last year and this month. no issues last year so i decided to do a subscription to mix in with any application that i spread in my yard. This way it does not burn my grass. I also want that little amount they give in that little bag to go along ways. To ensure i have a better result of no pest issues.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS - IF YOU CAN FIND THEM
HOW TO USE When you have to look up how to use a product on line through a website that isn't related to the seller, that's not good. I really thought that there would be a very simple printed HOW TO USE piece of paper in the packaging, So here's how to use - 1 - CAREFULLY open the sealed bag. The powder is very fine so choose the area you want to open this bag with thought and planning, example, not in the kitchen where you prepare food but in the area you want to treat 2 - Using a teaspoon, recommend not using it again in your kitchen preparations, but dedicating it to the use of this product and put 1 teaspoon per every 4sqft 3 - Using a watering can or garden hose, gently water the milky spore powder into the ground, you can use this time of applying the milky spore as the time you water your garden 4 - If the soil temperature is much below 50 the milky spore will not be harmed but probably inactive because it is a living viable agent that has an optimum operating temperature, so if applied during the cool of spring, it may take a little while for it to be activated DID IT WORK? Yes this product helped remove a range of pests from the garden and so I was able to salvage many crops I put a test square together which is a shady patch of grass, it was coarse and had many dark and brown dry patches that recovered after about a week of applying the milky spore

I hate lawn grubs!
Last summer my whole lawn was taken over by lawn grubs. My lawn died so I treated the whole thing with Milky Spore, re-seeded, and now this spring the grass is coming back and looks green. I'll retreat again this spring but I'm very happy with the effectiveness of this product for the price.

Easy to disburse and works like a dream!!
I got this product several years ago when I had an infestation of Japanese beetle larva in my raised vegetable beds. I put it all over my front and backyard as well as my bed is using the tube they recommend to disburse it. Super easy to use and when I’ve gotten all of us since then they are already turning the milky color because the spores are still in my soil! I just ordered this for a friend so they could treat their yard and vegetable garden area as well. It’s the only product that works I love it since it does no harm to any thing else in my yard.

Won't Know For a While if It Works
Beetle grubs need to feed on it to work. Beetles won't lay eggs till later so will know next summer if it works. 3 Stars? That's because it is somewhat of a pain to apply to grass. Look on YouTube for videos. What surprised me is the 4 ft. spacing of the one teaspoon application amount.

Get rid of disrespectful grubs
I love gardening and have spend thousands of dollars trying to get the perfect yard. Just when I achieved my goal my grass started dying for no apparent reason. My friend told me it was the grubs and as I started pulling up the grass she was right. It was bad enough Japanese beetles destroyed my rose bushes. I used this the first year and my grass did well after I replanted but the Japanese beetles returned. Guess I can't control the flying insects. But I like the milky spore because it killed the grubs and not other inground critters that are helpful for soil nutrition like with worms. I also didn't want to kill the fireflies. I just sprinkled on my lawn and now I have grass growing again.
