Easy install fixed P2646 code. Stopped bucking.
This is a 30-60 minutes job- even the first time - it is held on with 3 -10 mm head size bolts and 2 wiring connections. Located behind the passenger side of the head next to exhaust. This is the spool valve ( aka VTEC solenoid or Rocker arm actuator). My 2007 Honda CRV with 2.4 L four cylinder bucked violently under acceleration. It threw a P2646 code. This fits 2002-2011 Honda Accord, CRV, and Element with 4 cylinder. Unscrew it from the head, pull it off, then disconnect the 2 wiring connectors - push down on tab and pull apart. The Easy type connector needs no tool to unclip.

Faulty Part.
Got the same issue again. Got the part about a month ago and had it installed few days after. Now it’s the same issue again and there is no option but to buy another one definitely from somewhere else. It sucks that there is no option to contact the seller to get a replacement.
