Does not work - GET COPPER TAPE
I wrapped it around my cellphone, with MANY layers, neither the wifi nor the cell data lowered in signal level.Then I tried the same thing with copper tape and BAM, I didn't even need to make it tight, even with a few gaps and a single layer wifi lost 2 bars and cell lost 3.
