Q-TIPS SWABS Cotton Club ct, 625 Count, (Pack of 3)

What can I say? They are the standard Q-tips I have been using for the last don't-know-how-many years. They rock! The great thing about these is that you get the three packages in one shipment: a total of 1875 Q-tips, that way you have the option to use up to 4 Q-tips per day for 468.75 days before you run out. The thing I love about these is that they are very sturdy, compared to pretty much any knock-off. The central stick is made of rolled up paper (biodegradeable), and the tips are covered in soft cotton. I think over the last decade of sticking to this brand, I've had maybe 2 cotton tips fall off or partially detach: this is something to consider, as we typically use the Q-tips to clean the ear canal (even though we're not supposed to, people!) and don't want something to get stuck up in there. While the Q-tips are by no means a sterile product, they are indeed clean enough to use for a variety of tasks such as fine product application on the body (cleaning piercings, topical medication application) and, what I use them mostly for, makeup. I have found that the Q-tips don't really get the frayed fibers during makeup application like some of the other brands, and something about the way the soft cotton is arranged on the ends makes it easy to apply and remove things like eyeshadow and concealer. The number of Q-tips in this package is just perfect at the price you are paying (though it is an add on item), which is a bonus. I found that these Q-tips I ordered from Amazon are exactly the same quality as the ones I typically bought at Costco or Target--no difference whatsoever, except for the price, of course, and would recommend this online alternative to purchasing a product you are no doubt already buying to anyone.

Only the best in cotton on a stick for my family. This isn't the pokie kind that hurts before your shower water is dried up from your ear. These are great and the 3 pack is an excellent money-saving deal. We use these for cleaning up polish mistakes on our manicures, applying eyeshadow, cleaning up the edges on liquid eyeliner application, and cleaning delicate machinery parts (with rubbing alcohol). They also help you get a better clean on your computer keyboard, since they can get down between the keys nicely. I have noticed that when I buy another brand, we end up using a ton more because they don't have as much cotton for absorption and the sticks of other brands tend to bend or break more easily. This is just the best quality for this type of product, in my opinion.

This is a great price and bargain. I now have them in the kitchen as well as both bathrooms. There is a difference in real Q-Tips and the cheapies. The cheap ones have cotton not as tightly wrapped on the stiff paper stick. I even use them to clean pink mold out of an indented area in the coffe pot water holder. It grows there because I fill the coffee pot too full. Oh well, by the time the water boils I figure it kills the germs that might make me more resistant to anything out to get me. Also, I learned a little trick from WebMD for itchy ears. Yes, I get itchy ears and oily ears. WedMD (and my doctor) says to mix white vinegar with water and use a Q-tip to clean your ears. I know, I know, I've seen that silly commercial on TV - Ouch! Bull feathers! If your ears are dirty, clean them. Don't forget your makeup. Baby oil, argon oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, ANY oil and a Q-tip will remove any eye makeup mistakes. A 1,001 uses for sure.

Have tried several discount chain swabs and felt like Goldilocks every time... one cheap swab was just too sparse at the tip, another started unraveling at the thought of being used, and a third brand's plastic stem just plain ol' felt like a stick in your ear. Then I came back to Q-Tips, and truly wonder why we ever tried the others. Q-Tips have just the right amount of bend-but-don't-break to 'em, they have a proper amount of cotton, and they are definitely built to do their job. I work in cosmetics and our store just never seems to have enough supplies, so 1,000 or so are heading to work with me tomorrow (and my ladies at the counter will be sooo happy!). A couple of the packs will also be heading to our daughter in college... she came home for Fall Break intending to 'steal' a few, but we were out. Now we're not, and we promised to send them in a care package; think she expects 1,350? Ha! While most get used for typical make-up and hygiene needs, Q-Tips are outstanding for other things too. For example, our son races remote control cars and uses Q-Tips when cleaning his motors and transmissions. Additionally, my husband spends a lot of time at the range maintaining his qualifications, and he uses Q-Tips for finishing touches when cleaning the inner workings of firearms. Am very glad to have found them in bulk through Amazon's Add-on program, bringing the price equal to or less than what we paid for the discount ones. Outstanding. Q-Tip cotton swabs have been around a long time and, given their excellence, will continue to be around for a long time to come. Excellent product. Highly recommended.

Qtip brand is just the best quality cotton sticks. I’ve had Off brands and don’t even want to finish using them. Will only get this brand from now on. Off-brand cotton swabs are so tightly wound that you can’t spread and fluff the cotton with your fingernails like you can with qtip. This video is all qtips.

These swabs are cushioned at their tips, making them gentle. Used for makeup removal around the eyes, cleaning ears, and removing excess nail polish when 'painting' my nails, this is a very decent product. I've tried the off-brands and found them lacking. The sticks bend too easily and/or the tips are not adequately cushioned. Q-tips is the brand that is consistently good. As for price, I've shopped around and find the pricing to be competitive. If you are an Amazon Prime member (annual fee) and buy a lot of products online, you can save money by having this shipped to you FREE and without tax (in my home state). By choosing to have it delivered at specific intervals, the price drops even further. With the price of gasoline going ever higher, this is one more way to save money. It prevents having to run out to a store for an item, making it even costlier.

PROS: The heads are soft and tear-shaped. They are also white, which was a fun surprise. The stick part itself is straight, and firm. And the best thing to me is that there are TWO cottony ends and it just so happens that I have TWO ears! A total luck-out! (With luck like that, I should go to Vegas!) As an unusual bonus, inside the package all the Q-Tips were facing the same direction! Amazing that they all jiggled into just that exact position during shipping! My neighbors were very surprised as well (I dashed to their apartment to show them). In fact, they were speechless, staring at me with mouths agape. The only CON I have for this item is that when I swab my ears they get coated in this gross waxy yellow substance. Not sure what that's all about bit it's pretty nasty.

I don't know why, or how, but I really feel like actual Q-tip brand "cotton swabs" are the best on the market! The other day my husband tried putting an off-brand in the cart, asking, "Do you have a brand preference?" Thankfully I had already ordered this three-pack so I didn't have to admit that YES! I DO HAVE A BRAND PREFERENCE! NOT JUST ANY COTTON SWAB WILL DO! In my younger years I tried the cheapest options for everything, but I've found through the years there are several things you don't want to skimp on: Toilet paper, underwear, and Q-tips are three on the top of that list. A lot of other cotton swabs have a plastic base, and often that base is empty, so they bend and twist and don't have any grip, traction, or provide any kind of fulcrum for proper cleaning. Not to mention that the cotton on the swab can be scratchy, or there just isn't enough on there, and then it's not properly attached so wherever you put the swab cotton is left behind. Qtips is the best brand for Cotton Swabs. I have tried a bunch of different brands and nothing compares to it. They are solid, soft and thick. I live in Europe and since you cannot find this brand in any store, I decided to purchase it in Amazon. I am super happy with the purchase.

Top quality and original product

For my sins, I am married to an American! Having used these in the US, it is so difficult go back to any other cotton bud here. The Johnsons ones seem positively flimsy in comparison and so if we haven't had a chance to bring any back with us from the US, we try to get them on Amazon!
