XiserCommercial Mini Stairmaster, Polished Alloy

Dear all--is this stepper good for using when watching TV? Can you go slow with it for an hour or so or do you need to go with high intensity? Thanks

I'm getting the impression that this machine isn't made for long (45 minute +), steady state cardio, correct?

Can this be used slowly on the lowest setting to get roughly the equivalent amount of exercise to a middle-speed walk? (Note: no room in my house for a treadmill or another alternative to this.)

Does this hurt anyone’s knees?
