Looks nice but ... failed on my first use.
Seriously poor quality. I unwrapped it and beamed over to my wife and said "I finally have one of these like you, I can drink tea all the time now." I rinsed it with hot water, put some tea in it and then filled it with hot water. About a minute later, I hear a small pop and notice that the interior glass has basically shattered. Still looking for that sturdy Tumbler

So far so good
Overall I couldn't be happier. I will update my review as time goes on to show the tumbler's durability but so far it works just as well as my other more expensive tea tumblers. Wish it would have come with a sleeve and some instructions though. I added my own sleeve I found on amazon for about 8 bucks.

It has a better silicone liner in the cap
I've had a few of these. I used the Sei Sei but it's much more expensive and I eventually dropped it. So far this works. It lacks a neoprene sleeve which is essential I think to making sure they don't break if tipped over or just jostled too much in a bag. This is taller and thinner than the Sei Sei model, and it looks nicer. It has a better silicone liner in the cap, and the liner, easily pulls off for cleaning. The bamboo cap seems better fitted onto the plastic lid than the other model, which eventually became separated from the bamboo section (it was still fucntional just kind of ugly). So this looks like a better bottle on the whole for only $20 rather 34. I note one area of concern: the interior bottle looks very thin and I worry that it will break or separate more easy from the outer bottle. Only time will tell. I carry this regularly in my tennis bag and I have ordered a neoprene sleeve on Ebay for $1 so if it holds up this is a good bottle. The metal strainer works well and is deep enough to steep black tea. I would not, as with any of these bottles, put it in a dishwasher or microwave, but the glass is not too hot when you pour boiling water into it to make tea. Will update this to clarify longevity of the glass itself.

Not durable glass-do not recommend
I used to rave about this product to whomever would ask! Especially working for a large retailer, buyers would often inquire as to where the item was from. I was so into it I bought two! However I would no longer recommend as the glass is not durable. The inside of the bottle randomly shattered (after not being dropped or thrown around) which was very strange. Does this product have a warranty?

He thought this was a great gift, and uses it often
My fiancé loves to bring tea to work with him, and previously he just had a glass mug that was more meant for use at home. He thought this was a great gift, and uses it often. Sounds like lots of people compliment it, too.

Wish it wasn't glass
Loved it. Then broke it the next day. I realize my clumsiness isn't a fault of the manufacturer, but I won't buy glass again.

Happy turned sad
Used it happily for about 2 months. Then out of the blue one day I hear a pop as I'm pouring my tea.On close inspection I find the interior glass separated.Had to toss it, so sad.Based on other low star reviews it appears to be a recurring problem.QC needs to take a serious look at this.

Simply beautiful, just what I expected.
I really like that there's no logo, simple and beautiful. Good material. Just what I expected.
