We have lived in our home for 4 years and our pantry door has always been an issue. If the kids forget to close it, the dogs are in there eating everything in sight! I cannot believe it took me this long to order this device. It works perfectly. Was very easy to install. It does make a slight noise but not all the time and it is not loud. It’s not allowing me to upload my video, I will try to add it later

Works as described. Very strong spring. Very difficult to install alone. Very small size. Door opens and closes normal.

I have a small hall closet that my family constantly keeps open. It has become an annoyance as I am the only one constantly closing this door. It is also an eyesore when I walk through the front door because it is wide open and you can see into the abyss of mess of shoes in the closet. I saw a similar gadget on YouTube and quickly came to Amazon for my search. This product was quick and easy to install and works as promised. The only downside is that it doesn’t completely close the door but that may be due to how the door is installed. I installed it closer to the door than what’s pictured and it still didn’t close my door all the way. I did start to hear squeaking noise but along with my usual home bustle, you can’t really hear it and it doesn’t really bother me. Such a great solution for a small problem!

We have death trap basement stairs and my older kids kept leaving the door open. With my one year old walking now, I wasn’t going to risk it. Bought this and it was a super easy install. Took more no more than 5 min and the door closes perfectly on its own now. No more panicking when my 1 year old walks around near the basement door. I probably should’ve notified the rest of the house that I installed it though because my husband said it hit him in the butt before he realized it and my 16 year old said it slammed on his hand and foot. They learned quickly though. A small price to pay to ensure baby doesn’t fall down the stairs.

This worked for the first couple days. The door didn't close all the way into the jam but it was good enough for our applications. Now it barely closes the door most of the time.

My basement door kept staying open. I tried the other hinge closer, it did not work at all. This one is perfect. You can adjust the closing speed to really tight or loose. Perfect, affordable fix

Its nice strong and super finish but you have very poor control on the closing speed, it has just 1 speed CLOSE only either it closes slowly but will not complete the mission or smash your door and complete the mission... I am using it on my gate aluminum door it gives a big smash i need to look rubber stickes to reduce the smash.. I needed the conventional one but it did not fit my space

Wanted something small for entrance of my garage that will not take a yorkie out of he came in behind a child. This works perfect. Shuts the door but not to hard. Easy to install
