Mini Party Hats

Takes a long time to put together but my kids loved them.

Awful, cheaply made and you have to assemble yourself. Waste of money, they don’t even fit on kids heads.

These worked great on stuffed animals ! I used it for decorating and my 2 year old daughter loved it ! You have to assemble It and it’s not the best quality but it did the job! For the price I paid I’m very happy with the purchase !

these hats are small, even for a child-more like toddler sized. The crowns are comically small-perhaps infant sized -if even. Hats require patience to put together as they are very easy to rip during assembly. Pro-tip - reinforce seam with clear, gift wrap tape. Also reinforce where elastic attaches to hat with tape. Place pom-pom on the sticky dot first, then attach to hat. For best results, put pom-pom on last.

These are super cute little party hats. They do come disassembled and entirely flat, so you will have to put them together yourself. It didn't take up a lot of time. The cones are heavy duty cardboard so I didn't feel like they'd rip easily. They're fun and colorful, each with different color puffs on top. The kit comes with double sided sticky dots, but they don't keep the puffs on top very well, so I'd recommend hot gluing those if you want them to stick. The chin straps would need to be tied to stay on securely as well. I purchased these as more decoration and my son's stuffies each wore won to celebrate his birthday. He woke up to them all with party hats on for his 1st birthday.

Just like all the reviewers said, you have to assemble these and it is hard to roll them. But we got them to work. At first thought this was for dolls or very little kids but upon trying on they work for big kids and adults too. They are actually quite cute and quickly we were satisfied with the smaller scale creating a different effect. The included glue dots are key to sticking on the pompoms but the straps did need something- we knitted them so they would not slip out. Think we could have used tape which would also reinforce the hole so if you pull to hard it doesn’t rip the thin cardboard Material. We weren’t going to wear them all day so we didn’t run into any wear and tear issues. All in all would buy again! Great product.

Just awful. They might fit our grandchild's stuff animals, but way too small for any human heads. The diameter is 3.5" and height about 4.5". The assembly instructions are also ridiculous: "1. the hat you received was paved. 2. align the hat with a gentle bend. 3. match the cap of the hat to each other 4. Well loaded 5. the bottom of the hat is very beautiful. 6. prepare a tight belt 7. the elastic band to wear holes reserved and knotted to Weili 8. prepare wool ball 9. stick the ball on the rubber [what "rubber"?] and fix it to the top of the hat. 10. please enjoy the party time" There is nothing to keep the little "wool ball" on the top of the tiny hat. The design is cute--that's why we bought them. But they are not remotely functional for an actual human party.

I only gave 1 star because I cannot give it a ZERO rating. Do not buy this crap! It is so small that it won't fit on a baby's head. The instructions were written by someone who obviously does not speak English and were jibberish. Lastly, the ball that goes on the top of the hat has no way to stick - the adhesive was only on 1 side. What a disappointing product.

The colors are amazing, the quality is good but it’s pretty smaller than expected.
