Q: Will the keurig b145 office pro fit on this? I would like to buy it for my mother and she lives out of state so i can not measure her machine. Thanks

Ours is a B60 brewer and it fits nicely. I don't know the measurements of a B145 but I'm thining if it's a smaller one than ours, it should certainly fit.

Q: Are these drawers stackable?

While there are no little "wells" for the feet to sit in and keep it from moving, yes, they are stackable. The Keurig sits perfectly on top along with our sugar and splenda dispensers. I end up refilling about once a week and everyone gets their own slot for their coffee selections. All in all, a good product.

Q: What is the difference in the 6470 and 6475 model?

I am not sure, but I do want to mention that the finish is already wearing off the knob.

Q: Does the whole unit roll out with coffee maker on top?

Yes the entire drawer plus the coffee pot on top slides out. There is a tab on the front of the drawer that you push down and pull towards you and the entire thing rolls.
