Was asked adamantly by my 9yo taking this to review them and give them 100 stars. 9yo approx 65 lbs takes 2. Within 45ish min she is asking to go to bed. She likes the taste and states she feels well rested with no grogginess in the morning. We don't need to remind her as she likes taking them and the way they help her.Much different from the days of lying awake for a good hour or two after in bed.

I found these melatonin gummy’s are easy to take and work very well when I need a little help getting to sleep I take 1 an hour before I want to sleep and I find my self getting sleepy and resting well all night with no drowsy feeling in the morning. It also helps my 14 & 12 year old grandsons sleep with guidance from their pediatrician. It’s a great value for the 2 bottles and easy to swallow and the taste is very pleasant because they are gummy’s adult supervision is needed

I always have trouble getting my kids to take melatonin because of the taste. They did not mind these gummy’s at all. They work great and it’s an added bonus to not have to fight the kids at night about taking them.
