Was asked adamantly by my 9yo taking this to review them and give them 100 stars. 9yo approx 65 lbs takes 2. Within 45ish min she is asking to go to bed. She likes the taste and states she feels well rested with no grogginess in the morning. We don't need to remind her as she likes taking them and the way they help her.Much different from the days of lying awake for a good hour or two after in bed.

Helps with sleeping immensely..

I always have trouble getting my kids to take melatonin because of the taste. They did not mind these gummy’s at all. They work great and it’s an added bonus to not have to fight the kids at night about taking them.

We have been giving my son the dissolvable Melatonin by Powerade for years. I was sick of forcing him to drink a bunch of liquid before bed. I bought these not expecting him to touch them but now, he asks for his night time gummies every night! My son is Autistic, too. So he is super picky about what he eats - hence the reason why we put dissolvable melatonin in his Powerade. He is extremely picky with his fruit snacks, too. He will not touch anything other than Mott's fruit snacks and very few candy gummies because of the texture. If you are in need of something for your picky eater - I highly recommend these! We will definitely be purchasing again and again!
