To small
The bottom clip is too small to fit onto the bottles.

They might not be ceramic but they are sturdy and well made in Canada (not China)
I ordered Chef's Star bottles because the price dropped to $13.xx for 6 bottles. BUT, you only get what you pay for. I had to order these EZCap Swing Tops to replace the junk swing tops from Chef's Star because they didn't even stay closed and bent. I have and use the EZCap bottles in both 32oz and 16oz, I make Kombucha and Cultured Lemonade/Limeade. I put these EZCap Swing Tops on the Chef's Star bottles and they work great, they are very sturdy (just like EZCap) and clamp perfectly!

Fit
I was so happy I ordered these with my bottles. These fit perfect on my blue Grolsch bottles. The original tops did not fit but these were perfect. They don't leak and have a perfect seal. Will definitely recommend.

NOT CERAMIC
As others have said, NOT CERAMIC, are however heavy built plastic. My own fault that I bought cheap bottles, hoping these would be better than the tops that came on them, but they don't fit, so I won't be able to use them
