First time using a Roller.

Well, this was the first time I used a roller, watched a lot of videos on how to use one.And it works really well. I am pretty chunky and I was surprised that it didn't break, have used it around 15-20 times till now and it's good.Has helped me to release a lot of Knots in my back and also reduced lower back pain.I just wish it was slightly softer, I think the material is a tad too rigid.
