Lab had foot surgery and came home in a plastic collar. Miserable so we bought a soft one; only used at night and just one night. This gaze arrived from Amazon the next day. Put a sock over her dressing and lightly put the bitter gaze lightly over the sock, took off the big collar and she never bothered the gaze after the one lick. Keeping it handy! Told vet and they are now using it.

The bandage was indeed self-adhesive. I wrapped it over the hot spot after applying medication. It fit very well & I gave multiple wraps around the wounded paw, but when I finished my Golden Retriever immediately began chewing it off. Within 3 minutes he had completely remove it. This product is WORTHLESS. I guess we will return to using a cone collar

My corgi kept licking his paw into an open sore. The vet said he probably hurt himself and exacerbated it, but it came back anyway.So, I wrapped him up and treated it. He had to wear a cone for a couple of weeks and he was so uncomfortable, so I was looking for something he couldn't or wouldn't chew off.These go on and stay on through normal activities. They stick to themselves, so it's easy application.The only issue I had was that there was no taste so bad that my dogs wouldn't take it right off. My dogs have eaten throw up, poo, and rolled in poo, though, so idk what they wouldn't put in their mouths, honestly.Other than that, great quality and would recommend based on that alone.

I wrap my dogs leg occasionally when he is licking his leg and causes a sore. He does this at times when he is bored or has started the habit of licking again. I remove it every other day and check the area and reward. He can lick thru other wraps in one day but not this wrap. You do have to be careful not to wrap to tight as this can cause circulation issues. It is stretchy but you don’t want it in there constantly. We use this when he just won’t stop!

3 stars cause tape is pink and has hearts but it doesn't work. Kitty still biting her tail with it on and she takes it off after a while.

Great in theory. Ordered due to dog licking hot spot and figured it was a better option than a cone. The tape worked at first but then by nighttime my dog had it ripped off and chewed it. Bitter taste does not deter from licking

I was very pleased with this item as it did it’s job and my dog stopped chewing off his bandages.

The adhesive is horrible it doesn’t stay in place and it also isn’t “bitter” to deter my dog from trying to chew it. There is no bitterness to it!!!!

It’s all used up now. It held up good for a while but as soon as we would leave and the dog would be alone he would chew it up or pull it off one way or another , even with a cone on 😅

Also es ist ein top Verband wenn es draußen feucht verregnet und verschneit ist. Die erste Schicht ist nass aber alles darunter ist super trocken. Kein Problem mehr mit der Hundepfote was Nässe angeht. Leider habe ich mehr Probleme mit dem Lecken. Also dachte ich das Bittere wird helfen. Aber nein, kaum aus der asicht wird auch dieser Verband abgeknabbert und verbuddelt. Aber alles in allem trotzdem eine Kaufempfehlung wert.

My clumsy greyhound is now all wrapped up and feeling better. This tape is decent and she hasn't chewed it off which is great.
