A Few Things Impressed Me
Good stuff. Even though I read the weight it still came to be a much larger canister than expected. I bought it for bath use but even though the milk fat is present it's not clumpy at all. I read the ingredients and I didn't see any anti-clumping agents that I know of (whole milk, lecithin, vit C, iron, zinc, vit A, vit D -- that's all).Today is 06 22 25 and its use-by date is 02 28 26. I don't really know what that means for the bath lol but if you're a prepper or something I don't see this lasting as long as you'd like. I'm guessing the shorter shelf life is due to the included fat content, which would make the milk impossible to keep that long without a bunch of nasty chemicals. I'd rather have it without, so I'm happy. The texture seems good actually -- better than expected -- so I would definitely use this for cooking/baking as well. As I hate the taste of milk -- especially the cooked stuff -- I can't attest to the flavor if using as an actual glass of milk. It seems to taste fine. A milk lover would probably approve. As for baking, it's got to be far better than nonfat because it IS whole milk and therefore has all the milk solids. There is a portion guide on the back (1/4C powder to 1C of water) and it claims to have 26 servings. When I've used the nonfat stuff I've always added twice the amount of powder to water but I don't think you'd have to do that here. Also 26 8oz glasses of milk in a 28oz can (by the company measurements) is pretty impressive. I imagine this will last me a year's worth of weekly soaks. Not that I only bathe once a week -- I shower every day y'all. XD

Real whole milk in powder form
This works better than the Carnation instant non fat milk powder I grew up on. Tastes great mixed up and stored in refrigerator over night. I couldn't taste the difference between it and whole milk bought from the dairy case at the store . I add it to the filling mix ,dry, when making the jello cheesecake or when baking homemade bread. Works great if need more milk in a soup but not enough room to pour in liquid milk. Whisks in just great... no lumps . I also use it in my coffee instead of cold milk or creamer. It keeps the coffee from getting cold from the cold milk/creamer. Plus if need to reheat the coffee it doesn't have any problems

Really good milk with lots of health benefits.
I got this milk for my 10 year old son. Its been a long time since he drink Nido, he was still toddler when he last drink it and now I wanted him to drink it again. After his first drink today, he really loves the taste of it he said its so creamy and delicious. He really likes the milk. Its affordable milk for its size and really has a lot of vitamins and benefits to it that my son needs to maintain his well being. Will find out how he will be doing in some daily activities or how his energy will be in the future while continuing to drink this good milk.

Easy-dissolve feature is especially useful in coffee
Nestle offers many powdered-milk variations, under multiple brand names.Nido is promoted for families with children, and includes some moderate mineral supplements. But it also is formulated in easy-dissolving granules, which proves very useful when adding to tea and especially coffee (which some milk powders won't dissolve into). Label instructions actually recommend adding it to slightly warm water, then chilling, to reconstitute liquid whole milk. It can just as well be reconstituted at higher strength (like "evaporated" milk) for a light-cream substitute in cooking or for table use.I find it very handy for those things, and in dry form for cooking/baking recipes. And as a base for good homemade instant hot cocoa.
