Great stem, uses Torx head bolts
It's a great Zipp product, it does use Torx head bolts and does come with the correct wrench (Allen key) for them. Just slightly annoying to not have all the bolts be 4mm or 5mm at the headset area now, but the stem looks and performs great so I will deal with it as my multitool I bring on rides has the correct Torx key on it.

Seems like good quality, improvement over my too-long stem
I bought a second-hand bike that had a stem about 125mm long, which was a ton of reach for me. I reduced that to 100mm with this stem. I might go a bit shorter to 80 or 90mm, although this is already a huge improvement in comfort. Craftsmanship seems spot on, although I wish the bolts were allen-keyed instead of Torx. My multi-tool doesn't have a Torx bit in it. Note that the steering head and handlebar diameter on this are both 28.6mm. My weird bike had a stem with 26mm at the handlebars and 28.6mm at the steering head, so I needed to add shims to avoid replacing my handlebars.

Ok. Not great. Heavier than advertised.
I bought this as a shorter version of the Zipp Service Course SL. The 5th and finish on this are not nearly as good the SL. I weighed it, and it was 10 grams over the advertised weight. It also doesn't match the zip bars in finish. So I sent it back
