The pussy willow barrette is a fairly large, just light enough not to slip out your hair and it holds a good amount of hair, holds all of mine and I have medium thick hair. For those lucky gals that have super thick hair it won't hold all of your hair but it can be a great accessory for holding back a portion of it. The Pussy Willow design was created by artist Cindy Cantelon using the lost wax method to create the original design. Reproductions are made in cast fine silver pewter with a touch of real silver in it. All Earthly Creature Designs are created in the artist's workshop located on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada. Measures 3" x 1/2"

Best hair clip I’ve ever owned!
I bought this a few years back. I own several other barrettes (from other vendors) and this one is by far the best quality of them all. I have thin hair but a lot of it and it stays in place. Plus the workmanship is beautiful. I’m so glad I found this on amazon because I want to order another one.
