Great product! Works quickly. Name changed from "Relief for Muscle Cramps" to "Relief for Foot Cramps". All ingredients the same.

Excellent for cramping legs
Excellent product for RLS and cramping from dehydration. Sometimes it’s hard to stay ahead of the electrolyte intake and cramps happen. Pickle juice is another go to for me.

No more overnight leg cramps!
I have used this on my legs before bedtime for the past week, and so far I have not any overnight leg cramps! I used to have them so badly that they would awaken me every night. I would highly recommend this product.

Not as advertised
The bottle came, label says "for foot cramps". . . .it is supposed to be for leg cramps, so we will try it - but the bottle is not as advertised

Packaging is terrible
Product works amazing but was delivered covered in alot of tape I'm not sure why there was alot of tape around it but overall this product works within the minute after using it we've tried this one and the roll on one and they work immediately after applying on where the cramps are at
