I can tell when I stop using this for a few days on my feet. So I now use it every day.It only takes a small dab on a lotion applicator. (foam pad on a long handle.) I then rub my feet together for a while to rub it in.

I have tried all kinds of remedies for restless leg and this magnesium lotion is the best. I have bought countless bottles and will continue to purchase. The lotion also works great for sore muscles.

I put this on my feet and it works great. Helps relieve the stress on them.

This is really great magnesium lotion. It has been the item I was missing to help me get a great night’s sleep! Massaging it into my lower legs before going to sleep at night has been a game changer for me, who has suffered from years of sleep deprivation from various issues.But this product loses 1 star because of a waxy ingredient that has been added to the formula. I had an earlier version of this brand of lotion that did not have this waxy ingredient in it. And it worked just fine. It was really nice because it just absorbed into the skin and did exactly what I needed it to do— relaxed my legs. With this version of this lotion, this waxy layer stays on my skin and requires a some extra effort — 2-3 washings with soap and water, to wash it off, and even then it doesn’t feel entirely gone.Also, while I’m sleeping well at night, I’ve noticed being very tired all the following day now several days in a row. Since this lotion is highly concentrated, I’m going to try using the very least amount possible rubbed into my legs and see if this solves the problem I’m having with this waxy residue that stays on my skin, and the tiredness I’ve been feeling during the days after using it.If it does, I’ll update my review.I don’t recall feeling tired during the day after using the previous formula of lotion without the waxy additive.My comment to the manufacturer, Life-Flo/Nutriceutical Corp: Your lotion was great and worked just fine before you added this waxy ingredient. It would be much better if you took this waxy ingredient out and went back to the previous formula of a nice lotion that could just be massaged and absorbed into the skin.One other review that I’ve seen mentions this same waxy problem with this lotion.

This lotion is magic. My daughter uses it on her legs when she starts to feel 'growing pains' coming on in the evenings. I use it on all 5 of my kids to help them rest. The real magic? I read someone's review that they use this lotion for deodorant. I've been so unsatisfied with my Tom's of Maine deodorant but didn't want to spend the money on the other natural brands. This. Stuff. Works. I rub some lotion on my arm pits and sometimes can go a couple of days without needing to reapply. It's amazing! I'm having my 12 and 6 year old boys use it also, as they both have quite the arm pit stench. I am blown away by how it seems to be detoxing their arm pits and, even after playing hard, they don't get stinky! My 12 year old says he just smells a little like sugar cookies now (it has a light vanilla scent). This has become a 'must have' product for my family!

I found this lotion first at my local health food store 4 months ago. It is a very thick cream and has a vanilla scent added that I was worried about at first because of my sensitivity to smells, however I have no reaction to the smell and now I like it. I do not have as much of the the salty itch/burn feeling on my sensitive skin as I do with the gel. If I do get a reaction I just add another lotion over it and it calms the itching feeling. I put this on my husband's calves and feet at night and he gets a deeper more restful sleep. I also use it on my massage therapy clients with or without mixing with other oils or creams with great results on relaxing muscles and relaxing the client. However it can leave a slight waxy feeling on the skin even after it soaks in.

I am so glad I bought this product. I bought the single bottle before. I went through it faster than I thought I would. Having three on hand means I'll never run out. I am in love with this. It helps my knees and shoulders faster and better than anything else I've used. If I use it on both, it's always light outs shortly afterward. I sleep very well when I fall asleep after having used this. I wake up really relaxed and refreshed. I had surgery last year. I'm healed for the most part, but there's still a troublesome area that flares up from time to time when I lift something too heavy. I started using this on my abdomen recently. I think this lotion is helping that area heal faster.

This is great for sore muscles & arthritis. I had an acquaintance that I'd just met give me about half a bottle when she noticed my struggles when trying to get off her sofa. Needless to say I ordered the three pack and shared a full bottle with my daughter who has four bulging discs in her back. I gave another bottle to a coworker who was unable to sleep because of restless leg syndrome. Both have just about gone through their bottle and are hinting for more!! Not only does it ease pain but smells nice and is a good lotion, no greasiness! I believe in paying it forward, especially a blessing like this one!!!
