When I was in 1st grade in 1971, my teacher had a copy of these books from the 1st edition. She read them out loud to the class and I remember we all loved it. Now I am almost 58 years old and could still remember the stories. I have looked for years to purchase this series and was over the moon ecstatic when I saw that they had been republished. I have now read the series with my grandchildren and four young children I just adopted and it has been a joy to see they love the series just as much as I did when I was back in 1st grade.

Such a great collection! These books are well made and good quality. A great addition to anyone's library and such good reads for young kids.

Bought as a gift for my 7 year old granddaughter!

My granddaughter asked for this replacement set since her first set had seen better days! She’s 14 and absolutely loves these books!

Great Book but the seam was coming apart in places

This is a gift for my granddaughter's birthday. She read one of the books at her school (3rd grade) and loved the story, so she requested the whole set.

My daughter uses these for home school and her little ones ages 5,6 and 7 love these stories.

Lo compré para mi hija de 9 años. Le encantó la serie y devoraba los cuentos y al acabar me pidio más de la misma serie. Viene 3 cuentos completos. La 4ª es un tebeo con 6 dibujos por página con texto debajo, y despues 3 capitulos cada uno un cuento corto. Este le gustó a mi hija de 7 años que está arrancando con la lectura de libros de capitulos.
