Q: What are the dimensions of the queen size?

Not sure! I have the king, it doesn’t not shrink if you wash in warm and dry for 20 minutes

Q: Are there matching window treatments?

Not that i can find. I have been looking also. The closest would be the waverly navarro but none in maldives

Q: Is this over sized for extra tall mattress?

My king double pillow top mattress is 16" and the high side of the scallop just barely skims the top of the box spring. If you have a 19" mattress you'd have at least 3" showing on each side- Perhaps the person who claims it covers 19" was mistaken about their measurements? If you have a king, like me, you obviously can't go a size larger.
