I have this ordered on REPEAT! my grays come in HOT about 3 weeks after getting my hair colored. I keep this in stock and just touch up my roots then I'm good another 3-4 weeks until my next hair appointment. Definitely saves me money instead of having to go to the salon more often. I have to leave the color on 30 minutes instead of the instructions amount that says 10 minutes. This kit is easy to use, just mix 1 & 2 in the bowl and slap it on your roots, wait the amount of time you need and shower~ back to business!

I use it all the time, but over the past many months I'm finding that within a mere few days, the grays surrounding my face are completely dye free. I leave it on longer than the product says to leave on for resistant grays, so the fact that it's literally vanishing from my hair line near my face within 2 days says something about either a change in the product or it simply not working well. Unfortunately, it's the closest to my natural color than other brands.
